Deb at Abiding linked to an interesting little experiment in “mapping personality awareness” called a Johari window. Developed in 1950s, a Johari window is “describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.”
If you don’t mind, I would greatly appreciate it if you would click on over there and do one for me. It should only take a minute or two. And when you’re done, you can easily set one up for yourself if you want. Thanks.
